How the daily room works
Every account gets a fresh day of work at midnight Eastern. Free is enough to feel the product on real files. Producer and Agency keep a full book moving.
Four kinds of work, plus lookups
Drafts are emails Tiki prepares for you to send. Documents are ACORD forms and quotes from a declarations page. A single form or quote counts as one document. A fleet package counts as two.
Intake chats are conversations on the agency website. Call reviews are the summaries Tiki writes from a recorded call. Looking up a client, a policy, or a renewal stays unlimited on every plan.
Free, Producer, and Agency
Free includes 2 drafts, 2 documents, 3 intake chats, and 3 call reviews each day. The carrier portal and Fast replies are on Producer and Agency.
Producer is $49 a month for one person: 20 drafts, 10 documents, 30 intake chats, 25 call reviews, and 4 carrier portal sessions.
Agency is $149 a seat each month. The daily room is shared and multiplied by the number of seats, starting from 25 drafts, 12 documents, 80 intake chats, 40 call reviews, and 8 portal sessions per seat.
A slot is used when the work succeeds
A failed draft or a form that still needs a missing field stays off the meter. After you sign in, Usage shows today's room for the agency and the token mix underneath.
When a bucket is used up, Tiki offers Producer so the rest of the day can continue. The day resets at midnight Eastern.
